If you are going to order by mail Please read these instructions

 If you prefer to order your DVDS ,VHS , Download Access, or Membership by mail here is a guide to help you out and to make sure you get your order promptly and hassle free. Our address is The Backalley Gym P.O. Box 579 Thomasville NC 27361. Use the order forms located on our site that has the title or titles you want to order. Just click the link to open the form you need then print it. Fill out the information we need and send it to us. If you can not print the form you can use a plain piece of paper just make sure that you include your name and the shipping address you want the material sent to. Include the title or a brief description of the material you want . If you live in the USA be sure to add $5 for priority mail shipping regardless of the number of forms you use or the number of DVD or VHS titles you order. If you are ordering outside the USA and you are ordering your material on DVD your shipping cost is also $5. If you are ordering vhs outside the USA  it goes to $10 regardless of the number of titles you are ordering. There are no shipping charges if you are ordering a download or membership to our site. Now for the tough part. Make your payment payable to URA-STAR and not The Backalley Gym. URA-STAR is our legal business name and it will delay your shipment by at least 14 days if the payment is made out to The Backalley Gym instead of URA-STAR and in the worst case your payment may be returned to you which could cause you a world of problems especially if you send a money order. If you have any questions or need some help with title selection or ordering instructions you can contact us by phone 9 am until 9 pm Monday - Saturday. So if you need us do not be afraid to call us.
